Stationary and envelopes are circa 1910-1920

Rare and beautiful group of 6 rice paper notes, each with colorized real photo-style pictures of famous Japanese landmarks.
Rice paper finish has a shiny satin sheen.
Corresponding group of 7 envelopes. Some of the landscape scenes match the stationary. Please see the condition varies for the stationary pages. One is in two pieces, three have newspaper clippings of poetry from the newspaper The Japan Times, which was the only English written newspaper in Japan at the time. These clippings are glued onto the stationary. We have also included one separate newspaper clipping, Japan's Floral Calendar.

Pictures remain vibrant, bright and colorful. Each one is titled and are listed below:
