The World's Greatest Opera-La Boheme-1940
This collection of 12" Shellac records is from recordings done in 1940 with soprano Eleanor Steber, tenor Armand Tokatyan, soprano, Annamary Dickey, vocal Lorenz Alvari, and baritone George Cehanovsky. Recorded with the Metropolitan Opera Chorus and Symphony.
The albums have all been sound tested and played. Collection is complete with 3 Shellac 12", 78rpm albums, the original case, paper information booklet and paper sleeves. Both the case and albums are in Very Good condition. There is a slight chirp on the last record, side A in the beginning but dissipates as the record is played.
**We try to show all defects/stains/tears to give an accurate description of the vintage item. All vintage items are measured as accurately as possible but please remember these are vintage items and defects/scratches can be missed.
All items are vintage and if updated or fixed, the description will reflect that. Being as they are vintage/retro items there will almost certainly be some wear and tear present. We see this as evidence of a life well lived and we hope you will see past their imperfections. The vintage items we list are unique and worthy of another lifetime of use.**
